Michael McAtee

Education: Mike graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a B.S., Political Science in 1982 and received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1985.  He has been a trial lawyer for 35 years, and co-founded McAtee & Woods, P.C. in 2001. 

Practice Areas: Mike’s practice has been focused on complex litigation involving Insurance Law, Bad Faith, Construction Law, Products Liability, Professional Liability, and cases involving catastrophic injuries and death.

Experience: Mike is admitted to the practice of law in the state of Oklahoma, before the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
